Scholarship Amount: $2000 Application Deadline: February 10, 2022 Awarded By: American Society of Civil Engineers Recipients: Two (2) awards offered annually. Additional Information This is a scholarship award program generously offered by Y C Yang, Chairman of T. Y. Lin & Y C Yang International. The prestigious scholarship award fund was established in the year 2004 to foster interest in structural engineering and as a means to encourage students to further their civil engineering education. Every application is reviewed by the Society Awards Committee or perhaps, its designee for recommendation to the Executive Committee for the final approval. Award Amount: $10,000 Application Deadline: March 30, 2022 Description This prestigious Scholarships award program has ranged from $5,000 to $10,000 in recent years. A candidate must be a U.S. citizen and enrolled full time at the senior level in an accredited civil engineering program, or in a related field as determined by the scholarship sponsor. The American Council of Engineering Companies Scholarship (New York)
The American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC New York) designed this program to award a number of scholarships to undergraduate students intending to become consulting engineers someday.
